Job Opportunity at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Pilots Bar and Kitchen, a 150-cover restaurant serving an eclectic Brasserie-style menu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm and attentive experience for guests.
  • Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
