Job Title: Team Leader

Travelex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at the airport. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the team, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
