Team Leader Opportunity at Pilots Bar & Kitchen

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Pilots Bar and Kitchen, a 150-cover restaurant inspired by the glamour of travel in the 1950s.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of servers and bartenders, ensuring excellent customer service and a warm and attentive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of servers and bartenders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the restaurant floor, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
