Executive Assistant Opportunity in Luxury Goods Industry

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-profile business owner in the luxury goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing administrative support to high net worth individuals and businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling global travel, managing a complex diary and meeting schedule, and assisting with all other business-related duties. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team who are passionate about their product and to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling global travel and managing a complex diary and meeting schedule
  • Providing administrative support to the business owner, including email management and data entry
  • Assisting with business-related duties, such as preparing reports and presentations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in providing administrative support to high net worth individuals and businesses
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

What We Offer:

  • Salary up to £55k, DOE
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • 9-5:30pm hours
