**Job Summary:**

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced algorithms and predictive models that drive our pricing and revenue management strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions to solve complex betting industry challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to define and execute data science strategies that drive innovation and enhance our betting products.
  • Oversee the entire data science lifecycle, from data collection to model deployment, ensuring insights are actionable and beneficial to our betting strategies.
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that can enhance our betting strategies and improve customer experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in a senior data science role, ideally within the betting, gaming, or financial industries.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python or R, with deep knowledge of data analysis and machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
  • MLOps Knowledge: Familiarity with MLOps best practices and experience working in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure models are efficiently deployed and maintained.
  • Estimated Salary: £72,500 - £82,500 per annum.
