Job Title: Advanced Analytics Specialist

Pivotal Partners is a pioneering Gen AI startup driving innovation in the EMEA region. We're seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Specialist to lead the development of sophisticated analytics solutions for fraud detection and prevention.

Salary: £100,000 - £160,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Remote (UK)

About the Role:

This senior position involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics solutions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities. As part of our expert team, you'll work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines for handling large datasets.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential fraud activities.
  • Work with the engineering team to integrate analytics solutions into our existing infrastructure.
  • Communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, providing actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • ~2+ years of experience in advanced analytics, or a related field, with a focus on fraud detection, prevention or anti-money laundering.
  • ~ Proficiency in Python and relevant analytics libraries.
  • ~ Experience working with large datasets and handling data-related challenges such as data cleaning, data quality, and data transformation.
  • ~ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
