Job Title: Trainee Nursing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tasks such as administering medicines, care of wounds, catheter care, and other direct clinical tasks under the supervision and guidance of qualified nurses.
  • Develop skills and knowledge to provide person-centred care and support residents with their daily needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or working towards.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, with leadership responsibilities, especially around administering medicines and leading a shift.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the person-led care planning process and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
