We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Head of Corporate Finance Planning to provide leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Group Financial Planning team in developing and implementing a comprehensive financial planning process that aligns with the company's strategic plan.
  • Develop and maintain 'best-in-class' Group FP&A function, driving improvements to KPI reporting, analytics, dashboards, financial models, and automation/system utilization.
  • Provide financial input and support to business cases, ensuring they align with the company's investment and business plans.
  • Manage and develop the FP&A team, building strong relationships with in-country finance teams.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant (ACMA, ACA or equivalent) or MBA holder with strong Group level FP&A experience. Previous experience in driving FP&A process improvements and system implementation/automation projects is highly beneficial.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
