About the Job: We are looking for an experienced HRIS leadership professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of our global HR systems, including Workday HCM and UK Payroll. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our HR systems meet their needs and deliver value to the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Workday HCM and UK Payroll
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to stakeholders
  • Maintain and enhance the effectiveness of HR systems and processes

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in Workday HCM, UK Payroll, Reporting, and Core Compensation
  • Functional knowledge of HR processes and Payroll practices
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
