We are seeking a highly skilled store manager to lead our Cambridge store and drive sales growth through effective leadership and customer relationship building. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the beauty industry to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and maintain brand engagement.
- Lead and support a team of sales assistants to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Drive and motivate the team to achieve sales success through effective leadership and client relationship building.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as a 50% staff discount, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, a day off for your birthday, a quarterly store bonus scheme up to 1.25% of retail sales if store targets are reached, and a Private Medical / Healthcare Plan.
