About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead technical projects across multiple software teams. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding business requirements and technical architecture
  • Ensuring the technical foundation for our solutions are strong and develop sophisticated solutions
  • Defining engineering work packages and capturing these in a prioritized backlog
  • Communicating and aligning with other technical leaders and engineering teams
  • Providing technical guidance to the team and mentoring to junior engineers, helping them develop skills and improve their performance
Requirements:
  • Experienced C/C++ developer with some familiarity with python
  • Track record of providing technical leadership across multi-team projects
  • Knowledge of Linux system fundamentals (networking, storage, and operating systems)
  • Expertise with embedded Linux software stacks including firmware and kernel drivers
  • Effective communicator and ability to collaborate well within and across teams
