About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the Children and Families Division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in specialist psychological assessment and treatment, with a particular focus on neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and families, including those with neurodevelopmental differences.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve excellent outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with other professionals and agencies to ensure effective liaison and communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical services and pathways, with a focus on service improvement and innovation.
  • Provide supervision and training to junior staff, including psychologists and other professionals.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate Doctoral level training in Clinical Psychology, with a strong background in specialist psychological assessment and treatment.
  • HCPC Registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Experience of working with children and families, including those with neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and other professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on service improvement and innovation.
