Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Planner to join our team at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in shaping our inventory and financial strategy, driving sales and margin growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement merchandise plans that maximize sales and profitability across domestic, international, and e-commerce channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Research and analyze global market trends to build compelling and profitable financial plans.
  • Forecast and implement product distribution strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand.
  • Present selling and inventory analysis results to senior leadership, providing insights on customer behavior and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
  • 2+ years experience in Merchandise Planning.
  • Passion for the A&F brands and the role.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Ability to thrive in team-based settings and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders.
  • Ability to balance analytical and creative skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
