Job Description

Hawes & Curtis is seeking a highly skilled Branch Merchandising Specialist to join our team.

We are a leading fashion retailer, and we're on a mission to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Branch Merchandising Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are stocked with the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective merchandise planning processes to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Retail, to ensure accurate store inventory and optimal product offerings.
  • Plan and execute seasonal floor sets, new product launches, and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer behavior to inform merchandise planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, buyers, and visual merchandising teams.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of merchandise planning principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
