You will direct and inspire a team involved in railway infrastructure management, maintenance, and renewal. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

  • Familiarity with discipline-specific techniques for maintenance, inspection, faulting, and renewal
  • Possession of an NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant experience

This position involves working various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. It is a safety-critical role that requires passing a medical assessment and adherence to drug and alcohol testing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and motivate the team to ensure successful execution of railway infrastructure management tasks

Requirements:

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on location)
