Octavius Infrastructure is a leading player in the Southern Renewals Enterprise, contributing to the delivery of Electrification and Plant (E&P) renewals across the Southern region.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team and support a £50+ million package of work over the next few years.

The role will involve 2-3 days per week in our London Blackfriars and Woking offices.

This position requires strong commercial management skills, with experience in NEC contracts and rail projects.

You will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of multiple projects, working closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
  • Engage with supply chain partners to manage costs and ensure efficient project delivery.
