About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with varying care needs, enabling them to live their best lives possible.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
