Job Overview

We are seeking a Support Worker in Supported Living to join our team at Castlewood Court in Stockport, Greater Manchester. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to adults, helping them live independently and move towards independent accommodation.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with medication and daily living tasks
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and engage in activities
  • Providing domestic support and maintaining a safe living environment
  • Building relationships with service users and colleagues

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and has a sense of humor. You do not need prior industry experience or specific qualifications, as we provide on-the-job training and opportunities for professional development.
