Job Overview

This position involves selling products or services to customers in the field, primarily in various locations across the UK. A Field Sales Representative plays a key role in driving business growth and must have strong interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: 32500+ OTE (On-Target Earnings) per annum.

The successful candidate will have experience in sales, preferably in the field sales industry. They should be confident in communicating with customers and colleagues, both individually and in groups.

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new leads and achieve quarterly sales targets.
  2. Build strong relationships with branch managers and customers through clear communication and confidence.
  3. Develop and maintain sales administration, documentation, and presentations to deliver excellent results.
  4. Participate in regular catch-up sessions and monthly sales review meetings to drive business growth.
