Job Overview
M&S Online is seeking a highly skilled Proposition Development Manager to lead the strategy and development of our post-purchase propositions. This exciting role involves shaping market-leading experiences for our online customers, working across various functions and stakeholders, and driving business growth.

About the Role
You will be responsible for creating new business cases, project plans, and managing risks effectively. As a strategic thinker, you will help identify opportunities to work with third parties or startups to develop innovative customer propositions. Your strong stakeholder relationships and network management skills will ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the business.

Your Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships and networks
* Use your growth mindset to identify opportunities to work with third parties or startups to develop exciting new customer propositions
* Collaborate with finance to ensure solid visibility and communication of costs associated with relevant propositions
* Deliver an aspirational online customer experience, particularly in growing our younger customer base

What You'll Need
* Strong awareness of competitors, external industry developments, and technology initiatives
* Great relationship building skills and stakeholder management experience
* Confident, influential presenter with strong PowerPoint & Excel skills
* Awareness of the M&S Online customer journey and operation (beneficial but not required)
