Salary and Benefits

Job Description
As a highly respected member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties. You will be responsible for observing, administering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You must have a valid NMC pin and be accountable for ensuring policies and standards meet our high clinical standard. You will forge strong connections with our residents and their families, providing kindness, support, and care.
