About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner. As a Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced clinicians to deliver evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals with anxiety and depression.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with individuals across the adult age range to deliver brief structured supported treatments
  • Providing guided self-help and other evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborating with our clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participating in regular supervision and training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or equivalent academic ability
  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
