Corporate Event Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Event Services Coordinator to join our management team at a prestigious luxury countryside meeting, events & wedding venue.
The successful candidate will oversee a wide range of corporate and private functions and events, ensuring that each guest experiences exceptional service and consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including catering, décor, and entertainment.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring guests receive a tailored and memorable experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in hotels, events-focused venues, or event companies.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work proactively, think critically, and make informed decisions under pressure.
