Job Title: Senior Team Coordinator

The Senior Team Coordinator will be responsible for managing a team of delivery executives in the life sciences, renewable energy, or data & IT division on a daily basis. They will liaise with the delivery manager and/or group delivery manager to ensure the team is working on the right roles for the business at any given time.

The key responsibilities include setting weekly/monthly objectives, completing monthly performance reviews, and offering support/advice with individual career progression. The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the delivery manager and/or group delivery manager to ensure the team is working on the right roles for the business

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with contingent staff.
