About the Role

The Sales Advisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in the East Midlands Division of Bellway Homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the site and sales complex are maintained to a high standard, providing a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the sales process.
  • Guide customers through show homes, stock plots, and site, showcasing the product and features.
  • Ensure customers are aware of Bellway's Health and Safety Policy and are accompanied by a representative at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records using Bellway's CRM system.
  • Liaise with customers, solicitors, and financial advisors to progress sales and resolve any issues.
  • Arrange home demonstrations and ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase.
  • Assist customers with defects or customer care issues post-completion.
  • Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas to increase sales.
Requirements
  • Experience in a face-to-face sales environment, preferably in residential house building.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above).
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills, good administration skills, and strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with IT literacy and adaptability.
