About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for expanding our business by managing sales relationships within a defined territory and appointed accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities by researching market trends and systematically targeting primary prospects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual sales plans and act as the primary interface between Otis College of Art and Design, its customers, and the market.
  • Plan and agree on account planning and customer analysis strategies in conjunction with the Sales Director.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for new equipment sales in terms of units, value, and margin.
  • Process customer orders in line with the company's sales order process to ensure a seamless sales experience.
Requirements
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent technical/vocational qualification (desirable).
  • Demonstrable selling skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
