About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QSR/Retail Auditor. As a QSR/Retail Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that global fast-food brands operating in the UK maintain high standards of food safety.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in Food Service or Retail Food, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Audit restaurants and other food establishments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data from audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address audit findings.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in food safety or quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
