Job Description
We are seeking a Healthcare Assessment Coach to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training programs and conducting assessments.

Responsibilities
- Arrange visits with learners and line managers to induct, observe, and progress learners
- Assess learner work against set criteria
- Provide constructive feedback to learners
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements
- Proven IAG, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience of Ofsted inspection framework
- Sector-specific qualification - L3 NVQ/Diploma in Healthcare
- Good written communication skills

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is £42,000-£52,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
