Client Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Executive to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-value existing customer accounts and delivering agreed new business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new Charity and Not for Profit clients of all sizes (dependent on experience)
  • Provide solutions for Charities over the phone, by teams or video call, and face-to-face
  • Attend relevant key conferences to generate new opportunities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to the Client Director using pipeline reporting and CRM systems
  • Support the wider team with managing relationships with key partners
  • Work with Service and Renewal teams to deliver an exceptional new business customer experience
  • Provide insurance to clients and model effective protection through the provision of appropriate insurance products

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join a fast-paced sales team. The role can be based in our client's Cheltenham Office or can be home-based with a need to be in the Cheltenham office once every fortnight to work alongside other team players.
