Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company, reporting to the Business Development Director.

This is a permanent role with a starting salary of £55,000, commission, and an expected OTE will be disclosed at the interview stages. Benefits include wellness, discounted gym membership, career growth plans, and 25 days of holiday.

The company is an award-winning business with multiple sites across the UK. This role is hybrid working with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Previous Business Development and account management skills
  • Strategy development
  • Ability to identify partnership opportunities
  • Maintaining existing business
  • Healthcare industry experience is desirable but not essential

Requirements

  • Candidates must be UK based and be fully eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
