The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,720 - £60,595 per annum, which equates to £22.11 - £29.15 per hour.

About the Post:

The Community Psychiatric Nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to adults with mental health needs, working in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Main Job Functions:

  1. Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health requirements
  2. Develop and implement personalized care plans
  3. Provide essential support and guidance to patients and their families
  4. Foster effective working relationships with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid NMC registration as a Community Psychiatric Nurse
  • Relevant experience in adult mental health following qualification
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A thorough understanding of mental health legislation and policies
