Medical Assessment Specialist

Ingeus UK is seeking a dedicated Clinical Health Assessor to fill a key position in our team. As a Functional Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health and disability assessments.
About the Job:
- Assessment Tasks: Evaluate claimants' health and disability status through thorough interviews and examinations.
- Report Writing: Compile detailed reports outlining claimants' capabilities and limitations due to their condition.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Post-registration experience in the UK as an NMC registered nurse (RGN, RNLD, RMN) or HCPC registered paramedic, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist.
- Critical Thinking: Possess strong analytical skills to evaluate complex medical information and make informed decisions.
- Desirable: Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
Working at Ingeus UK:
- Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
