Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Process Expert to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual who is passionate about Human Resources and wants to make a real impact in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in user acceptance testing for our HRIS, raising issues with the vendor(s) and seeing them through.
  • Assist with creating internal HRIS procedures and provide troubleshooting, guidance, and training to HR, employees, and managers on the different areas of the system.
  • Collecting, analysing, formatting, maintaining, and importing data into our HR system ensuring data integrity.

About You:

  • You have a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • You have excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
