Job Title: HR Advisor - Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance on employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Conduct investigations, disciplinary, and grievance meetings, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Monitor HR KPIs, including absence and turnover, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support recruitment advertising and assist with interviews, ensuring the best candidates are selected for the role.
  • Oversee HR/payroll admin, including starters and leavers, absence records, and training documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in employee relations and HR support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of employment law and company policies.

  • A 32 hour working week with flexibility to cover hours over 4 or 5 days.
