We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team as an Employee Relations Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance on employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
- Conduct investigations, disciplinary, and grievance meetings, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Monitor HR KPIs, including absence and turnover, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support recruitment advertising and assist with interviews, ensuring the best candidates are selected for the role.
- Oversee HR/payroll admin, including starters and leavers, absence records, and training documentation.
- Proven experience in employee relations and HR support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and company policies.
- A competitive salary of £34k FTE.
- A 32 hour working week with flexibility to cover hours over 4 or 5 days.
- Hybrid working, enabling you to work from home at least 1 day per week.
