Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Reed. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing guidance and support to our clients on all aspects of employment law and HR best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Support the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
