We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Consultant to lead our fire consultancy service offering for a leading partnership. Our client is a property consultancy that provides asset management, maintenance, and development advice to institutional investors, developers, and landed estates.
As a Fire Safety Consultant, you will be responsible for developing fire safety strategies for buildings, ensuring both passive and active plans are installed. You will oversee all aspects of fire safety for our clients' portfolios and projects, instructing, overseeing, and disseminating fire risk assessments, and providing concise direction to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business demands and portfolio needs
- Develop fire safety strategies for buildings, ensuring both passive and active plans are installed
- Oversee all aspects of fire safety for clients' portfolios and projects
- Instruct, oversee, and disseminate fire risk assessments, providing concise direction to stakeholders
- Lead and manage projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Develop new and existing business relationships
- Manage, recruit, and train fire engineers and consultants to carry out best-in-class service
- Manage the P&L for the service, reporting to the partnership on delivery and growth plans
About You
- You will be MRICS or FRICS
- Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety and Science
- Have a degree in building surveying, building control, or real estate
- Demonstrable track record of working within fire safety and advisory
Package
- Salary to £130,000
- Car or travel allowance
