Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recovery journey of patients within our 21-bedded Low Secure Forensic Unit.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide dynamic and committed support to patients, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • Valid nursing registration and experience in a secure setting (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring, non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Computer literacy and basic IT skills.
