Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our Allied Healthcare and Nursing Professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a full clinical caseload, providing timely assessments and care planning for patients with a wide range of health conditions.
  • Work closely with the therapy team and wider multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitation services, including personal care, kitchen assessments, access visits, home visits, and therapy discharges.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and contribute to the development of clinical therapy skills within the team.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist with a Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration. Desirable qualifications include postgraduate education specifically relating to the client group. Essential skills include adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to use own initiative when appropriate.
