Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with our Allied Healthcare and Nursing Professionals to provide high-quality patient-centered care.

Main Duties

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for managing a full clinical caseload, providing timely assessments and care planning for patients with a wide range of health conditions. You will work closely with the therapy team and wider multidisciplinary team members to provide rehabilitation services, including personal care, kitchen assessments, access visits, home visits, and therapy discharges.

You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical therapy skills with support and clinical supervision from the Clinical Lead. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, flexible, and able to use their own initiative when appropriate.
