Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager in the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Manager in the day-to-day management of the service, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies to drive service improvement.
