Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Manager in the management of staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service plans, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What We Offer:

  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
