Mental Health Law Specialist

The Talent Partnership seeks a qualified solicitor or fee earner with extensive experience in mental health law to provide exceptional legal advice and representation to clients facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will conduct complex casework, collaborate with mental health professionals, and deliver outstanding legal representation at hearings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance and representation on mental health law matters, including tribunal applications and appeals.
- Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring adherence to legal and procedural requirements.
- Liaise effectively with mental health professionals and stakeholders to meet client needs.
- Present strong cases at mental health review tribunals and other hearings.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- A qualified solicitor or fee earner with significant experience in mental health law, preferably with panel membership.
- In-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act and relevant legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
- A compassionate and client-focused approach to legal practice.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining high standards of client care.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid working arrangements, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
