The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to join our Product Engineering Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our engineering efforts, ensuring that our architecture, best practices, and quality standards are met.

You will work closely with our Product and Delivery teams to ensure that our engineering solutions align with our business objectives. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, AWS, Docker, and React will be invaluable in driving our technical strategy forward.

As a strategic technical leader, you will be responsible for setting clear goals and objectives for your team, ensuring that they have refined and prioritized backlogs, and that they are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about code craftsmanship, has a strong understanding of DevOps principles, and is comfortable communicating complex technical strategies and solutions at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our engineering efforts, ensuring that our architecture, best practices, and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with our Product and Delivery teams to ensure that our engineering solutions align with our business objectives.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for your team, ensuring that they have refined and prioritized backlogs.
  • Ensure that your team is equipped to deliver high-quality solutions, with a strong focus on code craftsmanship and DevOps principles.
