The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering to join our Product Engineering Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our engineering efforts, ensuring high-quality solutions, and driving innovation. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our technical strategy and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain our technical architecture, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Product and Delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for your team, ensuring they are aligned with our business vision.
  • Ensure our engineering processes and documentation are up-to-date and effective.
Requirements
  • Strong technical leadership skills, with experience in Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, AWS, Docker, and Single Page Applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading technical teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
