  • Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or similar leadership role, with a strong track record of managing digital transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience in B2C environments, with a deep understanding of mobile app development and deployment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent technical acumen, with a thorough understanding of modern engineering practices and technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
