Assistant Project Manager (Commercial Fitout/Construction)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our fast-growing and award-winning company. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will support Project Managers in building projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Project Managers in developing client briefs into project files
  2. Load new projects into our system and manage project workflows
  3. Assist with project programming and phasing to ensure timely execution
  4. Request installer survey information and update project records
  5. Track and follow up on quotes and manage the quote tracker
  6. Assist with producing cost plans, contract administration, and preparing order documents
  7. Ensure all cost plans, quotes, and orders are accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  1. Experience in retail/commercial fit-out, construction, installations, or fixtures and fittings
  2. Strong project coordination experience and excellent organisational skills
  3. Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
  4. Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
