Project Coordinator

Omega Signs Ltd is a leading player in the dynamic and high-profile industry of retail signage. As a result of sustained growth, the company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced Retail team.
Main Responsibilities:- Customer Contact: Establish and maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements and preferences.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with customers and external contractors to ensure project plans are up-to-date and aligned with customer expectations.
- Order Processing: Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors, in-house production, and installation to process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Profitability and Efficiency: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure each contract is run profitably and efficiently, meeting customer expectations and company goals.
- Client Meetings: Attend client meetings to discuss requirements, conduct surveys, and provide site-based support to Project Managers.
- Order Completion: Ensure completed orders are processed through the ERP system and invoiced correctly in a timely and accurate manner.
- Activity Monitoring: Monitor and report on involvement in each customer's activity via the activity log, ensuring information is readily available to senior personnel.
- Service Review: Continuously review services undertaken for a client to ensure the company has the ability to fulfill their needs.
- ERP Searches and KPIs: Monitor ERP searches and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Compliance: Ensure work is compliant with all Company Operational Policies, including Health & Safety and ERP System requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other Project Coordinators to provide guidance and direction, and assist Project Managers to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Customer Service: Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in delivering an unrivalled service to customers, ensuring the company remains the preferred supplier.
- Communication: Communicate positively and constructively with other department teams for the benefit of both the Company and the Client.
We offer an attractive competitive salary package, based on experience, with 20 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays (rising to 25 after 2 full years employment) and contributory Company pension scheme.
