  4. Support project managers in gathering project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  5. Capture, document, and pass on downtime situations to the service team for rectification, minimizing project delays.
  6. Provide project managers and engineers with relevant site-specific information, ensuring they have the necessary documentation to work efficiently.
  7. Organize service engineers' diaries, ensuring they have all required documentation to complete tasks effectively.
Your Skills and Abilities:
  1. Confident phone manner and ability to relay information in a detailed manner.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a strong focus on organizational skills and experience working with multiple customers and internal departments simultaneously.
  3. Prior experience working for a manufacturing or engineering business is essential, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support services.
