Access Appointments Consultancy Limited, a trading house specializing in aerospace business with headquarters in Japan, seeks a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager or General Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently. Individuals with an engineering background are highly advantageous, but those with solid experience in trading or manufacturing companies as Sales/Business Development/Account Management professionals can also be considered.

Duties:
  • Coordinate product specifications, test procedures, deliveries, pricing, etc.
  • Create and review legal agreements
  • Translate technical documentation
  • Visit suppliers in Europe
  • Support customer visits to suppliers
  • Attend defense industry exhibitions in the UK, Europe, USA, and Japan.
Requirements:
  • A strong command of Japanese and English language skills
  • Solid experience in B2B account management/sales
  • Work experience at a Japanese trading house (preferable)
  • Engineering background (preferable)
  • A valid UK driving license
Compensation:
  • Salary negotiable depending on experience; for Sales Manager role >£30k+, for GM role >£50k+

Location: Hertfordshire (currently working remotely from home)
