Mainstream Teaching Assistant Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide one-to-one support to students with SEND. You will lead literacy sessions, develop strategies to overcome learning barriers, and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.
We require someone with previous experience in SEN/SEMH support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use their initiative in various situations. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with potential for a permanent position.
